Q: What is a Spa Uno “Spa Party”?
A: The Spa Uno Spa Party is a unique and incredible way to enjoy relaxing and decadent spa therapies, and at the same time enjoy a party-like atmosphere in privacy with your friends and family!

Q: What does the Spa Party include?
A: The Spa Uno Spa Party includes our tropical Spa brunch, white wine Sangria, and wellness beverages, along with exclusive use of the Spa for a minimum of three hours for 5 to 35 guests.

Q: At what time should I expect the Spa Party to begin?
A: Your Spa Uno Spa Party will begin at 9:00 a.m., special arrangements can be made if you require a different starting time.

Q: How do we get to the spa?
A. We will provide transportation to the Spa on the day of the Spa Party.

Q: What if my guests are staying at different locations?
A: For absolute seamlessness on this wonderful day, we ask that all guests are at one pick-up location at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Spa Party.

Q: What is the cost of the Spa Party?
A: Cost per person is $180.00 tax included; for parties of nine or more guest, a recommended 20% gratuity is advised.

Q: What if I have a smaller group?
A: Small groups of five to nine guests can be accommodated for $210.00 per person tax included; a recommended 20% gratuity is advised.

Q: I am not sure what my guests would like, how do I coordinate what each guests would like?
A: We take all of the hassle out of planning for you! Just fill out the simple Spa Party “requested itinerary”, and our events coordinator will do her best to accommodate all your guests prior to arrival.

Q: How will I know that my “requested itinerary” was accepted?
A: Once you have e-mailed your “requested itinerary”, our Spa Uno events coordinator will contact you via phone and e-mail to fine tune the final Spa Party itinerary.

Q: I have guest with special wishes, what can you do to accommodate them.
A: If you find that you see elements of a treatment you would like, but do not see what you want, we will be more than happy to create something just for you and your guest.

Q: What if my guests want to choose treatments directly off the Spa Uno brochure menu?
A: We will be glad to accommodate those guests who would like to choose directly off of the Spa Uno brochure menu, as time permits. These extra services will then be charged in addition to the spa party fee, at their normal price.

Q: Will there be any guests of mine waiting in between or before treatments?
A: Depending on the number of guests and choices each guests makes, some guests may need to wait before or in-between treatments.

Q: When will our spa brunch be served?
A: All of our Spa cuisine is served buffet style for the continued enjoyment of guests throughout the Spa Party.

Q: I would like to bring a specific food or beverage item, will this be possible?
A: Any specific items, i.e. Champagne or a small bridal cake, can be accommodated. Please notify the events coordinator so that we may assist you prior to arrival.

Q: What do we wear?
A: Luxurious Spa Uno robes are provided for your use at the spa party, so that you and your guests can truly relax and enjoy the fiesta de relaxation. However if you do not wish to wear the provided attire, you may wear any comfortable clothing of your choice.

Q: Do you provide any “spa gifts” that I may purchase for guests or for the bride.
A: Spa Uno has a custom line of certified organic cosmetics called Raw Botanicals. We also carry special gift bags that make excellent party favors for your guest or the bride. In addition all of these organic products will be used on your guests during the Spa Party.
